1986
Réjean Taillefer founds Sanibert Inc.
1988
Patrick Taillefer, his son, joins the family business to support its growth.
2011
A consortium of French businessmen invests in Sanibert Inc., propelling its expansion. Operations are consolidated during the move to the Salaberry-de-Valleyfield industrial park.
2012
Launch of a new line of sanitary trailers with toilets and showers, ranging from 2 to 14 stations. Continued development of the fleet.
2020
Acquisition by the ENYGEA Group, a global expert in mobile hygiene solutions, to support growth and modernize the Quebec-based company.
2021
Sanibert Inc. sells its septic tank emptying services to Services de Rebuts Soulanges to focus exclusively on the rental and maintenance of mobile sanitary facilities. Expansion of the rental business with trailers, washing stations, etc. Addition of service units (cleaning, pumping, disinfection).
End of 2021
Acquisition of Toilette SUPRA Inc. in Napierville, expanding geographical coverage and strengthening the team's dynamism and performance.
2023
Expansion of the service area in the Laurentians and Lanaudière.
2024
Acquisition of EBI's toilet division (Anjou).
