Construction Site Sanitary Rental

When you rent chemical toilets from Sanibert Inc., everything is included! Advice on choosing equipment, delivery, installation, commissioning, and follow-up services are always included in our sanitary rental service. 



Our Sanibert agents also take care of all maintenance: cleaning, disinfection, emptying, and refilling consumables. You choose the frequency: once a week, or even every day if necessary!

Our team takes care of emptying waste, cleaning, and disinfecting your toilets and sinks to keep your sanitary facilities clean and odor-free! We come at least once a week... or more often if needed. You choose how often you want us to empty the waste!

Yes! You will receive a text message each time we visit. If we are unable to access your toilets (closed site, forgotten padlock, etc.) or to confirm that the emptying has been carried out, we will also inform you by text message, with supporting evidence.

We are very responsive! If we have stock, we can deliver your toilet within 24 hours. That's the strength of our local branches: being as close as possible to your needs, even the most urgent ones.

Our self-contained toilets can be easily adapted to your site, with no need for water or sewer connections. Our driver just needs to be able to get their truck within 25 feet for emptying and cleaning.

Absolutely! Without self-service toilets nearby, your workers may have to travel up to 2 km to find one. That's wasted work time and fuel for everyone!



By providing on-site restroom facilities, your workers save time and enjoy greater comfort.

We recommend one toilet for every 10 workers. And no mixed-gender facilities! For 3 men and 1 woman, you will need 2 stalls. Also, make sure you have at least one model with a sink to keep everyone clean. 



According to the Safety Code for Construction Work (CSTC), you are required to provide at least one toilet for every 30 workers.
